All yoga postures can be modified for the office or outdoor environment, as well as various fitness and skill levels.

What are the different types of corporate yoga?

Chair yoga: An effective and gentle practice that focuses on easing stress and muscle tension from work-related tasks. This class will not require a change of clothes or any extra equipment other than an office chair. This type of class must be in the office environment. 

Hatha vinyasa yoga: A traditional floor yoga class. Classes will focus on postures that help open and stretch tight areas from work-related tasks. A change of clothes and a yoga mat will be required. This type of class can be indoors or outdoors. 

How do I make a booking for corporate yoga?

Choose a day and time: Mon-Sun- morning/afternoon.

Choose the duration: 30mins, 45mins or 60mins

Choose a class type: Chair yoga or hatha vinyasa yoga

Do you provide yoga classes for events?

Yes. MYST Therapies also provides yoga classes for events. We cover sporting events, retreats, trade shows, conferences and team building events. Event yoga is a great for stress management, team bonding and a great way to make your event memorable.
